Our Company & Values
Our Philosophy - Our Guiding Principles
Opus has four guiding principles aimed at ensuring we are first choice for businesses and individuals at the various stages of the business life cycle. We are passionate about introducing a fresh approach to the corporate market – and our philosophy reflects this.
OPEN AND HONEST
Opus has a transparent and straight-forward approach to fees with a pricing menu to suit each instruction. Time costs based on standard or blended rates or a fixed fee set at the outset of the process.
Our Partners are committed to delivering a first class service. In the area of restructuring each is a qualified insolvency practitioner, regulated either by the Insolvency Practitioners Association or the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. In the area of Corporate Finance the lead Partner is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
Before Opus can assist with your corporate needs or provide our services, we look to understand the issues. We will always ensure we have the full picture to enable us to formulate the most appropriate strategy to deal with the challenges ahead.
Our Partners are determined that Opus is renowned for providing a professional, transparent and cost sensitive service.
Our Core Values
Core values have been identified so that everyone at Opus operates consistently and with integrity. We have created the Opus Charter to clearly define who we are, how we behave and how we present externally. We have created INSPIRE as our blue print for all who work within Opus.
The Opus Charter is what you can expect from us and INSPIRE represents what we expect from ourselves.
